The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation.
Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff.
Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox.
We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property.
For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.. There is unlimited superfast 1GB Virgin Fibre Broadband.
Additionally, there is a dining table that can seat 4 people and opens onto a balcony with stunning views over London.
The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, ample storage and has an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and handheld shower. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
There is even an indoor cycling bike if you feel like doing some Cardio exercise! There is also a luxurious second bathroom comprising a walk-in shower. The condo was clean and very cozy. The rooms are separate and the view is great. There is a nice store within walking distance and there is plenty of public transportation. I had a great time and would stay there again. I just did not like the check-in process. We had to get the key from some store ...

Die Wohnung war toll. Nur das einchecken war nicht so toll. Wir mussten den Schlüssel ca. 1km entfernt abholen oder zwei DLR-Stationen entfernt von der Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fast direkt vor der Tür, das war super. In der Wohnung war leider das Problem, das sie im Bad nicht ganz sauber...
