• 1 double sofa bed (140) in the living area
• Open-plan equipped kitchen: hobs, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker…
• Bathroom with toilet on the ground floor
• Separate toilet upstairs
• Front terrace with awning + second terrace at the back
• Barbecue and garden furniture
• Reversible air conditioning
• Shared swimming pool open from June 1st to September 19th
