Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in La Teste-de-Buch.
It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy outdoor space of around 300 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 28 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed… - A dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower - A utility room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private, unheated swimming pool (5x2m), open from late March to late November - A beautiful, private and enclosed garden of 300 m² - A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in La Teste-de-Buch, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - On the lake: sailing school, boat hire, wakeboarding, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, diving, swimming… - Lake Cazaux is the second-largest freshwater lake in France and is ideal for families with children, particularly thanks to its sandy beaches and shallow waters, which give it the feel of a lagoon. - Around the lake: walks in the forest or cycling. - The Dune du Pilat, Île aux Oiseaux, Banc d’Arguin - Arcachon - By the sea: surfing (30 minutes’ drive away) - Biscarrosse Water Park (40 minutes’ drive away) Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 3 cars) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest station: La Teste TER station, about 17 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Bordeaux Airport, approximately 1 hour’s drive away Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €5 per night.
Only one pet is permitted per stay. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.

Nous sommes globalement très content de la location. En particulier Soline, la concierge qui est très accueillante. Le bruit des avions de la base aérienne est assez présent en particulier si vous passez toute la journée à la maison. Comme nous avons visité cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que çà.

Maison propre et fonctionnelle dans un quartier calme, mais surtout une mention spéciale a Soline d’une rare gentillesse et efficacité, d’une grande aide dans un moment de galère de voiture en panne , encore un grand merci !

Séjour très plaisant, maison bien équipé. Très bon endroit pour un séjour.
Seul petit soucis la piscine n’était pas disponible et nous n’avions pas été averti de ça.
