We’ll be delighted to welcome you! ## Logement Welcome to this family-friendly home where comfort, natural light, and local charm come together to offer you a true moment of peace in Le Vivier-sur-Mer.
Spacious and well laid out, it’s perfect for a getaway with family or friends.
Inside, you’ll find: • Three cozy bedrooms (with two double beds, two single beds, and one child’s bed) – ideal for resting after a full day, • A functional bathroom, • A fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare meals just like at home, • A welcoming dining area to enjoy meals together, • A warm and inviting living room to relax, read, or watch a movie.
The house offers many amenities designed for your comfort: Wi-Fi, television, microwave, oven, coffee machine, fireplace for cooler evenings, and a barbecue for summer meals.
For families with young children, you’ll also find everything you need: a high chair, baby bed with mattress, and a baby bathtub.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee, to make your stay as easy as possible.
What makes this place truly special is its prime location: • A peaceful environment, • Right in the heart of the village, just steps from restaurants and local seafood producers, • A few meters from the bay, known for its stunning sunsets and water sports (including sand yachting!).

Un petit soucis as nôtre arrivé qui j espere vas êtres résolu .sinon pour le logement il as bien une place de parking devant le logement car nous avez dit que non .il dallait payer en plus un parking dans le village ..il as aussi une machine à laver. Non signaler quand as la cour petite mais convenable si elle ete entretenu .. sinon rien d autre à signaler

In de beschrijving staat dat er geen parkeerplaats is, maar wij hebben onze auto telkens voor de deur kunnen parkeren.
