The Cocoonr agency offers you the Villa Madeleine for rent in Gujan-Mestras, for a dream holiday with family or friends.
You can enjoy its large sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool (5x2), and set off to explore all the wonders of the Bay! With a surface area of 130 m², the house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The villa has been designed so that everyone can find peace and quiet and enjoy their holiday to the full! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - You enter a beautiful living room with lounge and dining area, open kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace and sunny garden - A functional, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island allows you to prepare your favourite dishes and relax in the lounge area with sofas and TV. - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (140x200) - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (140x200) - Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower - A separate toilet - Bedroom 3: Master suite with king-size bed (180x200), large dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet The entire villa is equipped with electric shutters.
Outside: The terrace awaits you with a table and plancha grill so you can enjoy days and evenings with family or friends! The garden and sun loungers around the pool are just waiting for you! - Swimming pool open from May to 30 September, unheated You can enjoy the pétanque court for evenings with friends or family! (Don't forget to bring your pétanque balls) We love: Its style, its spirit, the layout of the rooms and the functional kitchen space! Its high standard, with the owners having chosen high-quality materials for your comfort.

Ideas for outings: - Teich Bird Sanctuary - Arcachon Zoo on the Cazaux road, a great day out for relaxation and a change of scenery - Aqualand in Gujan (10 minutes' walk) - Traditional market in La Teste on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, covered market, but also many outdoor market gardeners, organic produce, cheese from the Pyrenees, confits, foie gras, shoes, clothes, etc., great atmosphere, finish with a glass of white wine or a coffee - The famous Halles d'Arcachon - Dune du Pyla 9 km away - Andernos-les-Bains 40 km away (53 minutes by car) - Bordeaux 66 km away (50 minutes by car) Transport: - La Hume train station 10 minutes away by car, trains every hour to Bordeaux, 40-minute journey - Arcachon train station 6 km away - Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to the Dune du Pyla with interesting stops along the way.
You can visit Le Moulleau (beautiful church and view of the bay, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc.) or take the Dune Express bus, which will take you there directly. - Bordeaux Airport 65 km away (52 minutes by car) Located in Gujan, with local shops (grocery store, butcher, bakery), restaurants, oyster tasting at the port with its famous huts, cycle paths, the train station is less than 15 minutes away, as is the beach.

If you feel like heading out to sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty in Arcachon to Cap Ferret (it's best to book online), Île aux Oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The Banc d'Arguin, with its crystal-clear waters, is paradise on earth! Descend the Leyre River to the Teich ornithological park, choosing to be accompanied by a guide or to go it alone in your kayak! Nous avons apprécié le système de climatisation, la terrasse où nous avons pu petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et diner. La maison est située dans un quartier très calme et reposant.
Nous avons bénéficié de la piscine et du jacuzzi malgré les contraintes liées aux bâches à remettre après chaque utilisation.
