The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 140 m² house for rent in the town of Herbignac, which can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom with a bathtub. Guests can also enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi is included, so we are just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room with washing machine - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom (with shower) - A separate toilet
First floor:
- Area with sofa - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one single bed (90×190) - Bathroom (with bathtub)
- Separate WC
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden measuring 600 m² - A 20 m² south-east facing terrace with furniture - A 20 m² south-west facing indoor terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Herbignac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Château de Ranrouët (2.6 km - 5 mins by car)
- Medieval town of Guérande (17.6 km - 19 mins by car)
- Guérande salt marshes (21.4 km - 25 mins by car)
- Historic centre of Vannes (49 km - 45 mins by car)
- Mine d'Or beach in Pénestin (15.7 km - 18 mins by car)
- La Baule beach (24.9 km - 29 mins)
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 2 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: La Baule-Escoubla station (24.4 km - 27 mins by car), Vannes station (52.5 km - 42 mins by car), Nantes Station (74.4 km - 1 hr 9 mins by car)
