It comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 540 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and armchairs, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom: queen-size bed (160×200) - Shower room and WC Outside: - A 9 m² terrace, facing west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A 540 m² enclosed shared garden The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Activities : - Dunes d'Hatainville about 10 minutes (4.9 km) away by car - Grande Plage de Barneville approx. 9 minutes (4.7 km) by car - Plage de la Potinière about 5 minutes (2.1 km) by car - Club Nautique de Barneville-Carteret about 3 minutes (1 km) by car - Carteret lighthouse, about 6 minutes (2.6 km) by car Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Valognes train station, about 29 minutes (29.7 km) by car. - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, about 1 hour 29 minutes (127 km) by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - If you would like to visit us in greater numbers, we also have the following two accommodations: Valnotte and Vicky, located right next to this one. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Belle découverte de ce petit gîte fraîchement rénové et très bien équipé.Les vacanciers des deux autres gîtes ont été très respectueux pour le bruit.L'endroit est très calme et proche de la mer.
