The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 212 m² house near the beaches of La Trinité-sur-Mer and Carnac Plage, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It features an attractive 48 m² living room (with stove), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 632 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 48m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area and stove, as well as an open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200) with TV and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.
- A further separate toilet in the hall.
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 632 m² facing south
- A terrace of 24m² facing west under a pergola and with furniture
- A second terrace of 24m² facing south, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days, in
addition there is a smaller west facing terrace of 8m2 with sunblind leading from the
downstairs bedroom.
The house is ideally located in La Trinité-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
- Walk on the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer, admire the sailboats and enjoy the cafes by the
quay
- Hike on the coastal path (GR34), for a breathtaking view of the bay of Quiberon and
the megaliths of Carnac
- Boat trip or cruise to Belle-Île-en-Mer, a maritime excursion from the port
- Visit of the alignments of Carnac, unique megalithic site only 5 km
away- Relax on the beaches of Kervillen or Men-Du: swimming, sunbathing or paddle
boarding in a peaceful natural setting
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the front garden of the house,
which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Several public car parks are also available
nearby.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Auray 25 minutes drive
- Nearest airport: Nantes-Atlantique airport 1h40 drive
