The property is located 750m from the M1 Sesto Marelli stop, in an area full of services and well connected to the center of Milan.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. Das Haus ist ein historisches Gebäude, wurde jedoch komplett renoviert und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Es liegt etwa 10 Meilen von der U-Bahn Station „Linea Rossa“ in Sesto Marelli entfernt, von wo aus man den Dom in 25 Minuten erreichen kann.

Prima appartement en fijn dat er een lift was. Rustige buurt en geen geluidsoverlast in comlex.
Eenpersoonsbed is aan smalle kant voor een volwassene, 80cm.
Klapdeur van slaapkamer is aan vervanging toe.
Naar metro ca. 10 minutennlopen en supermarkt NS op 7 minuten.

A localização do apartamento é boa, a 10 minutos a pé do metro. O bairro é calmo e agradável, os vizinhos também.
A descrição e as fotos retratam bem o apartamento. É simples mas bom para uma estadia em grupo mais pequeno de mais dias.
O anfitrião foi rápido a responder e o check-in foi fácil.
O único senão foi a pouca pressão do chuveiro, o que leva a demorar um pouco mais no banho.
