## Space


As you step into our charming duplex one-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a traditional building, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The living room, bathed in natural light, is the perfect place to unwind after a day spent exploring Toulon. Sink into the cozy sofa with a good book or enjoy laughter-filled moments with your loved ones.


The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: a fridge/freezer, a Senseo coffee machine, a microwave, and a kettle — perfect for preparing your favorite meals and putting your culinary skills to the test.


You'll also find a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. Towels and toiletries are provided. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, offering added comfort and privacy for up to four guests.


There are two double bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed already made with care. You'll also have ample storage: wardrobes, dressers, and space for your luggage. An iron and small ironing board are available as well.


The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival so you can enjoy a spotless home and fresh bedding.

Guests will have full and private access to the apartment.


To simplify your arrival and departure, we've set up a secure key box system

Before arrival: You’ll receive a unique code to access the key box, sent to you on the day of arrival for security purposes.


Upon arrival: Use the code to retrieve the keys at your convenience — no need to arrange a meet-up.


During your stay: Enjoy full access to the apartment, including a kitchen, clean bathroom, and relaxing living spaces.


Departure: When you leave, simply return the keys to the box and securely close it. This helps us prepare the apartment efficiently for the next guests.

You’ll be just steps away from the Opera, the Halles market, and the vibrant Cours Lafayette Provençal market (open Tuesday to Sunday mornings), all just 5 minutes on foot.

The port is also 5 minutes away, the beach is a 10-minute bus ride, and the Félix Mayol stadium is also reachable in 10 minutes.
