The accommodation comprises - A 10 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette including electric kettle, oven/microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom (with shower) and WC Exterior: - A 15 m² covered terrace, facing south-east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A beautiful 300 m² garden (private and enclosed) with shed The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment.

Activities : - Château de Suscinio approx. 8 min (5.3 km) by car - Marais du Duer approx. 12 min (8.4 km) by car - Pointe de Penvins approx. 6 min (2.7 km) by car - Sarzeau nautical center approx. 5 min (2.5 km) by car - Landrezac beach approx. 7 min (3.6 km) by car Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor parking lot (2 vehicles).
