Cocoonr/Book&pay agency in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo offers this 120m² house with sea view for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features an attractive 42m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a vast 1,900m² enclosed garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 42 m² living room with armchairs, TV and fireplace
- Open kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with private toilet (bidet and washbasin)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with private toilet (bidet and washbasin)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot, high chair.
Outside :
- A large, private, fully enclosed garden of 1,900 m² surrounds the house, with a 30m² south-west-facing terrace. Garden furniture available to make the most of fine weather.
The house is ideally located just above the port, less than a kilometer from the Grande Plage and close to the Mare beach.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly on the parking lots bordering the house (can accommodate up to 4 vehicles). Additional free parking is available just outside the grounds.
Activities :
- Numerous sporting and cultural activities in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo: sailing, golf, mini-golf, horse-riding, beach clubs, concerts, exhibitions...
- Discover the superb Emerald Coast: from the pink granite coast to Saint-Malo, via Paimpol, Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Binic, Saint-Brieuc, Val-André, Erquy...
- Dinan and the Château de la Hunaudaye (20min drive): a detour full of character between old stones and peaceful nature.
- Mont-Saint-Michel (1hr drive): a timeless place set between sea and sky.
- Brocéliande forest (1h drive): a forest full of atmosphere, between long walks and legendary tales.
- Visit the Channel Islands and access England via the port of Saint-Malo.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station, 35 min drive
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne airport (1h20 drive)
