This modern, stylish studio in San Sebastián de los Reyes provides a cozy, elegant retreat near Madrid. Its open-plan design features a sleeping area, fully equipped kitchen, and living space, plus a private street-level terrace and garage access. Air conditioning, heating, solar-heated hot water, Wi-Fi, and essential amenities (towels, toiletries, cleaning kit, welcome coffee) ensure a comfortable stay. The double bed and sofa bed accommodate up to two guests.
Located in a quiet building and neighborhood, it’s just 20 minutes from central Madrid by car or public transport, offering easy access to the city’s main attractions while enjoying a peaceful environment. Ideal for both work and leisure, this studio strikes the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility.
The total surface of the accommodation is 25m2
Important: The loss of the common area key will incur a €65 replacement fee.
SUMMER POOL
Open from June 12 to September 6.
Hours:
June 12–29 and September 1–6: 11:00–15:00 and 16:00–21:00
June 30, July and August: 11:00–15:00 and 16:00–22:00
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
Lost pool cards will be charged at €40 per card.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.

It was not in Madrid Center but close to the airport. The little town location is beautiful after a day in Madrid you want to come and relax and drink a sangria, Estrella beer or wine at the plaza. The metro is close to the apartment so no big deal. We love it!!!!

Great apartment in residential area. The sofa bed is a single chair that unfolds and it is skinnier than a twin bed. The kitchen has the bare basics

Sí Sí.Que faltaba un tendedero y un lavavajillas y más productos de limpieza.Pero la cama estaba muy bien muy confortable el colchón.Lo único que debería de haber una tarifa plana algo más asequible,pero en términos generales muy bien la estancia.
