Welcome to this charming triplex apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building in a quiet area of the centre.
This unique flat offers an exceptional living experience with its unique charm and roof terrace overlooking the Sainte-Victoire. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. ## Logement Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, it comprises : *on the 1st floor - three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed, equipped with fans - a shower room between the two double rooms (the occupant of the single room will have to cross one of the rooms); *on the second floor, air-conditioned: - a fully equipped kitchen ; - and a lounge to relax in after a day's walking. *on the 3rd floor: - a roof terrace with a table and a view of the Sainte-Victoire The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wifi, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Air conditioning (living room) Fan (bedrooms), Microwave, Oven. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. One of the assets of the flat is its location.
