If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.

The property is located on a quiet residential street just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, with its array of shops, restaurant and bars. You are also close to the river Exe - the perfect spot for a morning stroll, or a boat trip. Being so centrally located, most of Exeter and it's numerous attractions are within walking distance from the property. Exeter St Thomas Train Station is just 10 minutes walk away, and the motorway is just 5 minutes drive from the property.
