On the ground floor, you’ll find a lovely living area with a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV and WIFI, as well as a spacious bathroom.
A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed is also located on this level.
Upstairs, a cozy mezzanine with a sofa bed (120x190 cm) leads to a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.
Outside, a beautiful covered terrace allows you to enjoy meals or relaxing moments outdoors in any weather.
For your comfort throughout the year, the entire accommodation is fully air-conditioned. ## Access You will be greeted directly by Katia, the owner of the residence.
The flat has 1 private parking space in front of the house.
The residence is closed by an electric gate. ## Interaction Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover through pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie.

This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport.
The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. ## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for hire from Saturday to Saturday.
A deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed and bath linen kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can carry it out for you for a fixed price of €84 including tax.
Cleaning obligatory in July and August.

Katia est une personne très gentille et réactive. Elle nous met à l'aise et est disponible! Le logement est très bien situé, on peux tout faire à pied (plage à 5 min en descendant la rue piétonne). Tout est à proximité. Avec des enfants c'est l'idéal! L'espace extérieur est un vrai plus! Logement très propre. Je recommande!
