Take a break with friends in the heart of Chianti at this superbly located villa.
It’s just a few kilometres to Castellina in Chianti, one of the area's prime hilltop towns, with bars and restaurants and independent boutiques.
You'll also be close to Radda in Chianti, another historic community with a vibrant atmosphere.
From this location, you have easy access to the renowned wine region and can easily take day trips to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano.
As well as many private terraces, there’s a garden to the rear of the main apartment, where a table beckons for lazy lunches and long dinners – perhaps rustled up on the big barbecue.
Here, in the shade of the oak trees, you’ll enjoy views across open fields to the hills around Panzano.
On the studio side of the property, you’ll discover a large pool, which you only share with the one other villa here.
It’s a lovely place to take a dip before setting out to explore the many sights of Chianti and beyond.
About the villa This villa is one of two created from a cluster of former stone farm buildings.
It has been cleverly designed to offer the chance to holiday with friends yet enjoy a degree of privacy, divided in two to provide a studio and a one-bedroom apartment.
Both have the convenience of an open-plan area for cooking, dining and relaxing, private sleeping quarters, and large shower rooms.
Each even comes with its own private terrace.
