The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this house with mountain views for rent in Gourdon, with a heated swimming pool from April to October, and an infrared sauna for even more comfort. With a surface area of 260 m², it can accommodate up to 14 guests. It has a lovely 33 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around one hectare. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows
Ground floor
- A 28 m² dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob and espresso machine that only uses coffee beans.
- A 33 m² living room with sofas and wood-burning stove (first flambé free of charge)
- A 30 m² sports/relaxation room with TV, sofa and sports equipment
- Infrared sauna - HOLL'S reference: CANOPÉE 3C (seats 3 to 4)
- Bedroom 1: en suite, king-size bed (180x200) and en suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: two single beds joined to form a king-size bed (180x200)
- Laundry room with washing machine and ironing board
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 3: opening onto the garden, en suite, one king-size bed (180x200) and one single bed (90x190) with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower and WC
- Bedroom 4: en suite, king-size bed (180x200) with en suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 5: king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 6: opening onto the terrace, 2 double beds (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- Shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair.
Outside
- Swimming pool (private, heated from April to October and fenced), 15 x 3 m, open from 1ᵉʳ April to 15 October.
- An infrared sauna cabin - HOLL'S reference: CANOPÉE 3C (seats 3 to 4) in the pool pavilion
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of around 1 hectare, facing south and south-west
- A 45 m² terrace, facing south and south-west, with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The house is ideally located in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche nature park, in Gourdon, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Canoeing and kayaking in the Ardèche Gorges
- Visit the Chauvet cave
- Cycle tourism
- Swimming in the rivers

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (6 spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Valence, 60 km away
- Nearest airport: Avignon-Provence, 140 km away

- Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility
- Bed linen and towels included
- 3-in-1 shower gel provided

- The wood-burning stove is functional, and the first flambé is free.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
