Stylish 3-bedroom apartment with private balcony, conveniently located 15-minutes from Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona.

This accommodation features three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, while the other two bedrooms offer a comfortable queen-sized bed. For extra space, there’s also an available sofa bed in the living area. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, guests also have access to a common bathroom with a bathtub. Free toiletries and towels are provided for our guests. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to prepare a quick meal or a delicious breakfast during your stay. Additionally, there’s a private balcony for your personal use inside the apartment. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are at an extra cost.

- This building has an elevator.
- City tax is 1,00€ per person/night for stays up to 7 consecutive nights and is applicable for guests aged 16 years and above. Payable upon check-in.
- The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s license is not accepted.

The entire unit is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbours, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy throughout the property.

You can park on the street in any area that has no lines marked on the ground or has white lines, remember that the blue lines are paid parking, and you can only park for free from 8PM to 8AM; green lines are for residents, and you need a permit to park.
