The entire unit is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbors, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy throughout the property.

- The apartment is located on the ground floor.
- City tax is 1.75€ per person/night for stays up to 7 consecutive nights and is applicable for guests aged 16 years and above, payable upon check-in.
- The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival.
Driver’s license is not accepted. - In the event that any damage is caused to the building door during your stay, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the responsible guest.
