The interiors of Villa Nicola` consist of understated and refined rooms, with furniture custom-made by a local craftsman.
The sleeping area consists of no less than 5 bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms, two of which also have bathtubs.
All rooms have direct access to the pool area or the garden.
The living area consists of 2 large living rooms, one indoor and one outdoor, covered, both with kitchen and lounging areas.

If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Heating in the winter months at the mandatory extra cost of euro 36 per day.
