It can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC The flat is ideally located in Auray, right in the town centre.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.
The flat is located above a brasserie and may be subject to noise pollution due to the bustle of the town.
The brasserie on the ground floor organises concerts on Friday evenings, which may cause some noise pollution. Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Auray station 1.5 km away (3 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Nantes airport, 130 km (1h45 by car) Autonomous arrival required: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys are to be collected from a key box on site.
