The house, with a sunny south-facing orientation, is located in a very quiet small vacation home settlement and away from mass tourism directly on the edge of Fischland.
The detached hipped roof bungalow has 70m² of living space and an 18m² terrace with two cozy and specially designed bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200cm) with single mattresses, a bright, spacious living-dining room with open kitchen (fully equipped, dishwasher, microwave), a bathroom (walk-in shower, double washbasin, WC) - with underfloor heating in all rooms - and a utility room with washing machine, ironing board, iron, high chair, loungers, cushions, parasol. furnishings.
The modern triple glazing of the wooden windows shields the sun. A ventilation system (heat exchanger) makes the indoor climate extremely pleasant. It is therefore not necessary to open the windows.
A private parking space and storage facilities for bicycles (with charging station for pedelecs and e-bikes) round off the offer.
The garden offers a private atmosphere. The south-facing orientation of the large terrace, which runs across the entire width of the house, offers sunshine from morning to evening on many days.

A free high-speed Internet connection with a bandwidth of up to 100 MBit (fiber optics) is available in the vacation home. A high chair for children is also available during your stay.
