Living Room and Kitchen
The bright living room opens onto an 11 m² balcony offering stunning mountain views. It is equipped with a TV and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and coffee machine. Upstairs, a large mezzanine with armchairs provides the perfect spot to relax after a day outdoors.
Bedrooms
The apartment features 4 sleeping areas, offering a total of 14 beds
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), and each with and an annex with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and a curtained-off area with 2 single beds (80 x 180 cm).
Mezzanine: Another curtained-off area with a sofa bed.
Bed linens are provided.
Bathrooms
There are 2 modern bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Towels are provided.

Apartment Location
Only a 2-minute walk from Place de l’Opinel with shops and restaurants. Ski slopes and the ESF ski school are just 300 meters away. A sloping area, located right next to the building, offers an ideal spot for sledding fun!
Tourist Information
Nestled between 1,500 and 2,200 m in altitude, Albiez-Montrond is a family-friendly ski resort. With 35 km of varied slopes and 8 ski lifts, it caters to both beginners and experienced skiers. Beyond skiing, enjoy local shops, cozy restaurants, a cinema, and ski lessons offered by the ESF.
The resort is about a 30-minute drive from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, where you’ll find many amenities and local attractions: supermarkets with gas stations, banks, train and bus stations, cinemas, cheese shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, dentists, and various boutiques.
Important Information
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and towels are provided as sets. Beds are not made upon arrival.
- Some bedrooms are located on upper floors, accessible by stairs, which may be difficult for guests with reduced mobility. However, the building is equipped with an elevator, and two bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms and a toilet, are on the ground floor.
- A wood-burning stove is available in the living room but, for safety reasons, it cannot be used. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable temperature throughout.
- A €500 security deposit will be requested via Swikly, a reliable and secure online deposit system. No amount is debited from your credit card, and your card limit remains unaffected.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Ce sont les meilleurs appartements que nous ayons jamais visités ! La vue sur les montagnes depuis la fenêtre est à couper le souffle. Tout était parfaitement propre, bien équipé et très confortable.
