Cozy apartment of 60 sqm located on the ground floor (some steps to access), can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The property is situated in an area provided by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy. Just 6 km from Olbia airport and just 2,5 km from John Paul II Hospital.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and patio.
The accommodation, approximately 60 sqm, is located on the ground floor (with a few steps to access).
The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, A/C split;
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette, table with chairs, A/C split, sofa bed;
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and access to the patio;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet;
- PATIO with small table;
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
A crib is available upon request, subject to availability.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
