It's a one room apartment, so there is no seperate bedroom.
A reserved parking space for you in front of the house provides a relaxed arrival.
Spend your holiday close to town, green and quiet - in the most beautiful residential area of Ahrweiler.
Rest at the table or on a deckchair on the large balcony, and enjoy a glass of the famous ahr-wine.
House rules: No pets - no smoking!! Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Check in: from 2 p.m.
Check out: 10 a.m.
Payment is made on site upon arrival.
Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request.
Please contact us in advance if necessary for an arrangement.
The key handover takes place personally on site or via a key box if applicable.
Pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is to be paid on site in addition.
In front of the house, there is a free guest parking lot.
Bicycles and E-bikes can be securely stored in the garage, and E-bikes can be charged there.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer Top Lage. Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Für Gäste mit einer Körpergröße ab 180 cm kann es durch die Dachneigung etwas knapp werden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung noch einmal buchen!

Eine sehr schöne, gepfegte Dachwohnung mit Klimaanlage! Die Lage ist am Ortsrand vor den Weinbergen, aber dennoch nur ca. 10 Minuten vom Ortskern (wenn man die "geheimen" Verbindungsgänge gefunden hat 😉) entfernt. Ansonsten benötigt man 13 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend...

Wirsind mit "Allem" zufrieden gewesen.
Beschreibung und Wirklichkeit stimmten überein.
Das "gut" für die Lage ist nur unserem Alter (70 J.) zuzuschreiben.
Etwas kürzerer Fußweg zur Innenstadt wäre angenehmer, jedoch sehr ruhige
Anliegerstrasse.
Sonst alles Top!!!!
