Located on the first floor, this apartment comprises : - an open-plan living room opening onto the terrace and a dining area, - a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, blender, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), - bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm), - bathroom with bathtub, - separate WC, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers, - carbon monoxide detector, - TV, Wifi, - garage (basement parking).
