The accommodation comprises - A 22 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a double bed (140×190) separated by a transparent partition. - An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including an electric kettle, microwave oven and hob - Bathroom with shower and WC Exterior: - A 3 m² east-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The studio is ideally located in Soulac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Port du Verdon - The Robin Soulac Forest - Stroll along the beach at Soulac-sur-Mer - Discover the Pointe de Grave lighthouse - Thanks to the many cycle paths, you can cycle along the Vélodyssée - Boat trip on the Gironde estuary Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the numbered space outside the private car park.

Overall, it is a nice Apartment close to the Beach with nearly everything you need for your stay. We missed some Things which should be there, for example Scissors, toilet paper, laundry detergent.It smells a little bit of Cigarette smoke, but IT was OK for us.
