The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency is offering this charming 70 m² house for rent in Parigné-l’Évêque, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: - A 21 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed... - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan. Outside: - A lovely, enclosed and private garden of 200 m² - A 30 m² terrace under a lean-to with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Parigné-l’Évêque, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Activities: - Hiking - Horse riding - Walks by the lake - Fishing - Go-karting - Spa Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Le Mans station, approximately 25 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne Airport, approximately 1 hour 50 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets welcome, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay per pet (maximum three pets); please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
