Roomy 70 sqm apartment located on two levels, ground floor and first floor, able to accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation is located within the Torre Saracena village, in Salento, equipped with all essential services, including bars, restaurants and groceries. The property consists of two bedrooms with balcony and terrace, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and private garden.
In addition, there is a closed veranda with a second spacious kitchen inside. 70 sqm apartment located on two levels, ground floor and first floor.
The second level is accessible exclusively via INTERNAL STAIRS. The internal space is organized as follows: GROUND FLOOR - LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV and split A/C; - KITCHEN I with gas hob, fridge, oven and kitchenware; - BATHROOM I with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and wc; - KITCHEN II (veranda) with gas hob, fridge, washing machine, dining table, chairs, moka and kitchenware. FIRST FLOOR - BEDROOM I with queen-size bed, split A/C and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the terrace; - BATHROOM II with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and wc. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning via split (3 units), mosquito nets, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: the accommodation is NOT equipped with heating. The garden is private. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Villetta spaziosa, confortevole, pulita e fornita di ogni comfort. Zona particolarmente tranquilla e a 6 minuti dal mare. Ottima per coppie. Possibilità di parcheggio, fondamentale per chi viaggia in auto. Host molto reattivo. Vicinissima a tutti i servizi.

Appartamento con tutti i servizi indicati nella descrizione. Unica pecca solo la doccia perché molto piccola, ma bagno pulitissimo. Host molto gentile e super disponibile. Zona stupenda vicino a località meravigliose. Consigliato!

Ottimo alloggio e ottimo prezzo. La posizione è tranquilla, in un contesto di silenzio. Vicino a Torre dell'Orso. Facile da raggiungere e con tutti i comfort indicati in descrizione.
Ho trovato qualche piccolo problema, la tv smart piuttosto macchinosa e non collegata al digitale terrestre, un tubo ...
