The Cocoonr agency is offering this holiday home for rent in Clohars-Carnoët, situated around 200 metres from the beach and featuring a shared swimming pool.
It has a floor area of 43 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a 20 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden of around 70 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 20 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, induction hobs… - A shower room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (150×200) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A lovely 70 m² enclosed and private garden - A 17 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A shared, unheated swimming pool measuring 10m x 4m, open from 15 June to 15 September, from 10.00 to 20.00 The house is ideally situated in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (one private space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Quimperlé, approximately 12 km away - Nearest airport: Brest, approximately 110 km away Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use - Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in.
