The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency is offering this charming house for rent in Rousset, with mountain views, covering an area of 85 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 26 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 300 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 26 m² living room with a TV, sofa bed… - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A dining area - A shower room with shower and toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a barbecue, washing machine, cot, a fan in each bedroom, and an ironing board and iron. Outside: - A lovely, unfenced garden of 300 m² shared with the adjoining property. - An unfenced terrace of approximately 500 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Rousset, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - The Sainte-Victoire mountain is nearby - You can also go cycling or mountain biking on the small surrounding roads - Walks through the vineyards and woodland Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Marseille railway station, about 30 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport, approximately 30 minutes’ drive away Other information: - The accommodation is in the house shown on the left in the photos.
This house is divided into two adjoining flats.
Each flat has its own terrace. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Nous sommes allés pour des raisons professionnelles chez Josette et Daniel, qui ont été d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande réactivité merci encore.
Le logement la Sainte Victoire a été parfait pour notre séjour pro, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, il ne manquait rien.

Très calme et spacieux
Dommage qu’il n’y avait de salle de bain et toilettes à l’étage (au même niveau que les chambres)
