The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming house with mountain views for rent in Rousset.
It has a surface area of 85 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 26 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, etc. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A dining area - A bathroom with shower and WC Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A beautiful 300 m² garden, shared with the adjoining property. - An unfenced terrace of approximately 500 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in Rousset, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: - The Sainte-Victoire mountain is nearby - You can also go cycling or mountain biking on the small surrounding roads - Walks through the vineyards and woods Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
