It has a floor area of 47 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
You can enjoy a garden of around 100 m² and a shared, heated outdoor swimming pool. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living room with a TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×190) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a washing machine, a cot, and an iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A lovely, semi-enclosed private garden of 80 m² - A 28 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A shared, heated outdoor swimming pool, open from 20 June to 31 August The house is ideally situated in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Beach - Cycling - Tennis - Golf - Thalassotherapy - Tree-top adventure courses - Sailing - Sand yachting Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez station, approximately 18 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Airport, approximately 1 hour’s drive away Other notes: - Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €15 per stay.
Only one pet is permitted per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The rates quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. - Children must be supervised by a parent whilst swimming.

Un appartement bien situé dans le calme de la nature. Rien à critiquer. La décoration est très agréable, nous sommes en vacances !
Comme nous sommes dans la nature, il n'est pas possible d'accéder en voiture, et c'est bien.
MAIS... 330 ms à parcourir avec ses bagages... C'est lourd... Ah... Si j'avais pris ma brouette !
Plus sérieusement, il est indispensable de venir avec des bagages à roulettes et/ou des sac à dos.
