It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
There is a garden of around 100 m². The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×190) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful semi-enclosed 80 m² private garden - A 28 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Beach - Cycling - Tennis - Golf - Thalassotherapy - Tree climbing - Sailing - Sand yachting Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez station, about 18 minutes' drive away. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, about 1 hour's drive away Other remarks : - Pets accepted for a supplement of €15 per stay.
Only one pet per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.

Un appartement bien situé dans le calme de la nature. Rien à critiquer. La décoration est très agréable, nous sommes en vacances !
Comme nous sommes dans la nature, il n'est pas possible d'accéder en voiture, et c'est bien.
MAIS... 330 ms à parcourir avec ses bagages... C'est lourd... Ah... Si j'avais pris ma brouette !
Plus sérieusement, il est indispensable de venir avec des bagages à roulettes et/ou des sac à dos.
