Villa Beleca is a luxurious holiday home on the island of Krk, one of the most beautiful and popular travel destinations in Croatia. Built in a traditional style, it is full of charm. It is located in a small village, just 5 kilometers from the sea. Surrounded by nature and a large private garden, it offers guests absolute tranquility and a sense of privacy and relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Villa Beleca comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, making it an excellent choice for a large family, a group of friends, or even multiple families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday together. The villa is spacious, thoughtfully equipped, and designed to provide maximum comfort while maintaining a traditional aesthetic that enhances its cozy and inviting atmosphere. Inside, guests will find four spacious bedrooms that offer privacy and relaxation after a day full of activities.
Each room is equipped with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and charming décor that reflects the traditional style of the villa, ensuring that guests feel at home. The villa features three well-designed bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and all necessary toiletries and accessories such as towels, toiletries, and hairdryers. One of the advantages is that the bathrooms are strategically distributed throughout the villa, making them easily accessible from every bedroom.
The heart of the villa is the large and bright living room, where guests can relax in front of the TV or enjoy evening gatherings. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and decorated with rustic accents that highlight the villa’s traditional design. The sofa in the living room also has a bed function, allowing two additional guests to sleep comfortably. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential kitchen utensils. The kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, which can then be served in the dining area connected to the living room.
The dining area offers space for a larger group, combining comfort with the charming, traditional style of the villa. For additional comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning to maintain a pleasant temperature during the hot summer months, as well as free Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity with the outside world.
Although the interior of the villa is comfortable and inviting, most guests spend the majority of their time outdoors. Villa Beleca offers a beautiful outdoor area with a private pool, where guests can relax and cool off in the warm water. Around the pool, there are sun loungers where you can sunbathe or simply read a book in complete relaxation. The garden surrounding the villa is perfect for children to play and explore freely. The spacious garden provides plenty of room for play and fun without being disturbed by neighbors or other houses.
One of the greatest advantages of Villa Beleca is the outdoor dining area, equipped with a high-quality grill. After a long day in the sun, it is wonderful to enjoy dinner outdoors. Guests can prepare fresh seafood or grilled meat and serve it in the outdoor dining area, which is designed for family gatherings and relaxed dining in the fresh air with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. While the adults enjoy dinner and a glass of wine, the children can continue playing in the garden, giving parents more freedom and peace.
Villa Beleca is located in a quiet village, making it perfect for anyone looking to escape the hectic daily routine and relax in nature. However, the villa is still close to the sea – only 5 kilometers away – allowing quick access to beaches and sea activities. The island of Krk offers numerous opportunities for exploration, including beautiful beaches, picturesque towns, local restaurants, and wineries where you can taste local specialties.
Villa Beleca is the perfect destination for those seeking a luxurious holiday in privacy, surrounded by nature and tradition. The spacious villa, comfortable amenities, private pool, and large garden provide complete comfort and relaxation, while the proximity to the sea and numerous activities ensure that every guest finds something enjoyable. Whether you are looking for a peaceful retreat or an active holiday, this charming and traditionally designed villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable experience on the island of Krk.

We had small children in our group and one evening, we heard loud music in the neighborhood. We informed the
owners who immediately reacted and warned the neighbors. This was highly appreciated.

Leider fehlten im Ferienhaus einige wichtige Sachen. ZBsp.
