Heating is provided by night storage heaters and a gas fire in the sitting room.
Parking restrictions: Garage door: 240 cm wide - there is a height restriction of 200cm. Car parking space: 320 cm wide x 480 cm depth although space is between 4 posts. Advise that larger or wider cars reverse park from the direction of the garage door. The largest vehicle known to have been able to park is a Ford Mondeo Estate at 4.804 metres long by 1.958 metres wide.
