Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an 18 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath).

The apartment comprises - 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and fold-out coffee table - Open-plan kitchenette with microwave oven, hob, etc. - Bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath and WC - North-facing loggia with table and chairs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Appartement fonctionnel et propre. Calme.Bien situé près de la plage et à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville.Bon emplacement qui permet de visiter toutes les plages normandes du débarquement.
