The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda offers you this charming 46 m² apartment with mountain view, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room.

The apartment is composed as follows: - 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area - Open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a 3 m² balcony - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 4 m² balcony, facing south-west (accessible from the living room). The apartment is ideally located in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (one private space). For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Perpignan, approx. 41 km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan approx. 44 km away Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Air conditioning is available in the living room - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
