Kitchen & meals The main kitchen in the house is fully equipped for cooking for large groups: oven, hob, microwave dishwasher large fridge-freezer coffee machine, kettle, toaster plenty of tableware, pots, dishes and utensils A pool house with kitchen/dining area completes the setup so you can make the most of meals by the pool, at lunchtime and in the evening.
Outdoors & pool The outdoor areas are one of the villa’s main highlights: private heated pool with a section suitable for children sun loungers, parasols, hammock, shaded areas to relax large terrace for outdoor meals pétanque court, children’s play area, vegetable garden, gazebo 4,000 m² landscaped garden, fully enclosed and lush secure parking allowing several vehicles to be parked inside the cul-de-sac in front of the house is completely private, so you will not be disturbed by traffic noise.

Guest access You have exclusive use of the entire property during your stay: main house, studio, apartment, garden, pool, pool house, pétanque court and parking within the estate.
Arrival and departure are arranged in advance with the host, with a welcome and an inventory/check of the premises.
Linen & cleaning End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and carried out by a professional.
For stays of 6 nights or more, household linen is provided.
For stays of less than 6 nights, an additional charge for linen may be requested (sheets and towels), specified at the time of booking or in the exchanges before your arrival.
Tourist tax and security deposit A tourist tax may be requested at the time of booking DEPENDING ON THE BOOKING PLATFORM.
