Upon entering this single-storey abode, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up a hearty breakfast or a delicious evening meal.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a handy utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, perfect for those longer stays.
Continue through to the inviting sitting room, where you can sink into the plush seating and warm your toes in front of the woodburning stove, while catching up on your favourite shows on the TV. Holm Oak Lodge, a single-storey lodge, consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA (for warmth only!), oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dining seating for six people, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with wood burning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, basin, WC and walk-in shower.. Outside, there is a shared garden with lawn and patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, pub in 0.8 miles, and river in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for wood burning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent.
