The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this beautiful 150 m² house for rent in Barneville-Carteret, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 150 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - 80 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Second floor: - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200) with an adjoining terrace of 10 m 2 - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with bunk bed (sleeps 2) and double sofa bed For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - 150 m² enclosed garden - A 25 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : -Walking - Jogging - Hiking - Horse riding - Sailing - Golfing - Cinema - Tourist trains - Beaches - Fishing - Take a 5-minute stroll to the village of Barneville, where you'll find all the local shops.
