A one-bedroom apartment in a Georgian building from 1805, looking over Winckley Square Gardens in the centre of Preston.
We love to stay here ourselves, so manage to keep standards high for our guests. The apartment - King-size bed - Walk-in shower - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer , oven, hob kettle, toaster, coffee maker & washing machine plus heated maiden - Living room with smart TV and Sonos speaker - Fast wifi and a comfortable dining table to work at - Heating with a thermostat in each room - Self check-in and a private entrance Parking Free parking on site behind electric gates and high walls, so your car, van or tools are safe overnight. Good for Couples, solo travellers, and business in Preston.
The station is a short walk away, and companies can be invoiced direct. Nearby Avenham and Miller Parks and the River Ribble are a few minutes' walk.
The city centre, bars and restaurants are just round the corner. Good to know - Check-in from 3pm (earlier if we can, just ask), check-out 11am, again later if possible! - No smoking, no pets, no parties - Sleeps 2 Extras you can order before you arrive Pickles of Preston cheeseboard with a Redman's pork pie £25, prosecco £20, champagne £50, wine £15, 4 beers in the fridge £10, fresh flowers £25, helium balloon £10.

Host, location, amenities, decor, furniture were all amazing - property was spotless and its minutes walk to the restaurants and bars of Preston but set in a beautiful quiet Georgian square - would highly recommend
