The property will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay, and consumables are provided (coffee pods, tea, and laundry detergent pods).
Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.
The accommodation sleeps up to 5 people and is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
• A living area with 2 sofas, a coffee table, a dining area for 5 people, and a fan
• A bright, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, silverware, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, as well as a table and 5 stools for enjoying breakfast together or cooking together
• A bar area under the stairs, perfect for enjoying a little aperitif while listening to music.
You’ll find a sound system and a few acoustic instruments for a wonderful evening with the family First floor: • A first bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a closet, 2 chairs, and a desk On the second floor: • A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a desk, 3 chairs, and a closet • A third bedroom with a single bed (90x200), a desk, and a closet—perfect for a child In the basement: • A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, hair dryer, washing machine, and toilet The property’s outdoor area offers a generous 400 m² spread across three separate terraces.
The first terrace has a built-in bench; the second is furnished with a table and five chairs, ideal for al fresco dining; and the third overlooks a lush garden featuring a bench.
A barbecue is also available for guests who wish to cook outdoors. As for parking, free outdoor parking is available about 200 meters from the accommodation.
The parking spaces in front of the house are to be used only for unloading your luggage. Explore the Surroundings: The rural setting of Sillé-le-Guillaume is perfect for relaxation and exploration: Lake Sillé and its beach are a 4-minute drive away, while the village center and the medieval castle of Sillé-le-Guillaume, hiking trails, and local farmers’ markets are just a 10-minute walk away.
The picturesque village of Sainte-Suzanne and a farm open to visitors round out the nearby excursions, located 24 minutes on foot and 17 minutes by car, respectively. In the village center, all the shops you need for daily life are within a 10-minute walk: a restaurant, a bakery, a supermarket, a café, and other stores to meet all your needs without having to go far.
