Two-room apartment 2+2 beds (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children)
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor.
It is accessed from the hallway that leads to the living area, with a queen-size sofa bed and TV, kitchenette with induction hobs and access to the large terrace equipped with a view of the garden and the sea in the background.
Also from the hallway you can access the double bedroom and the recently renovated bathroom with shower and bidet. Services - LCD TV; washing machine; induction hobs; electric oven; fridge with freezer; air conditioning; washing machine; hairdryer; fan; terrace with garden view and distant sea view; table with chairs for outdoor lunches/dinners; drying rack; reserved parking space - In the area, use of swimming pools, bar and minimarket (from the beginning of June to mid-September); possibility of renting deckchairs and umbrellas (for a fee); wi-fi in common areas Important Notes: - minimum age for check-in is 21 - check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30 - smoking is prohibited in all our facilities - deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00) - bed linen and towels: € 20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Key collection information: Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
