Situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood within walking distance of Valbonne village, this holiday home offers a peaceful retreat.
The property features an attractive enclosed garden, providing a serene outdoor space by the pool and on the terraces.
Built in a Provençal style and subject to ongoing renovations, the house maintains its rustic charm.
Upon entering the main doorway, you'll find yourself in a cozy living room and a well-equipped kitchen, accompanied by a single bedroom.
Upstairs, two more bedrooms and two modern bathrooms await, ensuring comfort and convenience for guests.
The house is equipped with one mobile air conditioning unit in the living room and one on the first floor (master bedroom). The house is a family home, with plenty of homely charm and brightly decorated rooms. The property is only a 20-minute walk to Valbonne village.
Valbonne is a very beautiful old town offering a wealth of good restaurants, small cozy boutiques, and a historic center.
It is a delightful place to visit, beautifully restored and maintained.
Unlike most medieval Provençal villages, Valbonne is built on an urban grid pattern (streets intersecting at right angles), dating back to the early 16th century. Within a 30-minute drive, you will find the beaches along the Côte d'Azur, the airport, and the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, as well as many small medieval villages inland.
