Holiday home for 6-8 people Located in the Provençal hinterland not far from the large bathing lake Lac de Saint-Cassien
Nice holiday villa located in a quiet residential area 2 km walk from the Medieval village of Tourrettes.
You are also close to other Medieval hilltop villages like Fayence, Montauroux and Callian that can be reached within a short drive.
Close by you will also find a good selection of large supermarkets, the famous golf course Terre Blanche and the big lake Lac St.
Cassian where you can go swimming of fishing. The villa is located on a large and very private plot of 8.000 m2.
In the garden there is space enough for the children to play.
There is also a nice pool area with a pool surrounded by a sun terrace and a covered terrace with lounge furniture where you can relax in the shade with a glass of local wine or a good book.
Your outdoor meals can be enjoyed on the covered terrace and a BBQ is available for outdoor cooking.
On the plot there is also plenty of parking space. The villa is in 2 levels and consists of a ground-floor with kitchen with direct access to a covered terrace with dining table, a living room/dining room with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
Both these bedrooms have access to a covered terrace. On ground level there is also a separate studio apartment with living room, kitchen, mezzanine with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
