Terraced house located in a domain in the very pleasant seaside resort of Cavalaire-sur-Mer which, in addition to an excellent climate with 300 days of sunshine a year, is known for its 4 km long sandy beach and marina.

Cavalaire-sur-Mer is located in beautiful surroundings surrounded by the Massif des Maures and the blue Mediterranean Sea. The popular coastal towns such as St. Tropez, Grimaud and Le Lavandou can all be reached within ½ hour's drive.

In Cavalaire-sur-Mer there is a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Huet is located in a small domain raised above the city and with a fantastic view of the coast and the sea. In front of the house there is parking for 2 cars and on the other side there is a large and partly covered terrace running the length of the house with a nice view of the sea.

The house has 2 floors and you enter on the top floor.

This floor consists of the 3 bedrooms all with double beds and air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, shower and toilet and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
The floor below contains two living rooms, dining room and kitchen.

All rooms have access to the large terrace.

Below the house is the large pool that is shared by the domain's residents.

Further down, 1.3 km from the house, there are tennis courts that can be used freely (appointment required).
