Charming Provencal style house located in a quiet residential area with enchanting view over the Mediterranean Sea, the green hills and vineyards.

The house is located only 700 m from the center of Ollioules where you will find both bakery, supermarket, café´s, restaurants and weekly street market.

Within a short drive (approx. 6 km) you will reach the sandy beaches in Six-Fours-les-Plages and Sanary sur Mer, where you will find all beach/water activities like boat rental, surfing, kitesurfing, waterski and diving.

The local area also offers beautiful nature, cozy towns, golf courses, local markets and opportunities for boat trips along the coast.

On the food front, you will find many of the areas star-rated restaurants within a short drive.

Set in the heart of Provence, the areas vineyards produce excellent wines, especially the areas rosé wines from Bandol is worth trying.

The house has a private, mature garden with nice terraces with garden furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation.

From here you can enjoy the beautiful view over the area and the Sea. A few steps down you will find the pool area with pool of 8 x 5 m open from May - November.

The pool is maintained on a weekly basis.

The house is in 1 level and consists of living room with fireplace, Provencal kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm), 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with single bed (90 cm) and 1 bedroom with single bed (90 cm), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet and 1 separate toilet.
