Enjoy your next holiday in this lovely villa north of Nice close to Contes.
The villa offers plenty of space and views of the surrounding countryside.
The area is ideal for nature lovers, with hiking and biking opportunities everywhere. The village of Contes is located 16 kilometers north of Nice and is one of the oldest towns in the Nice area.
The old village has lots of atmosphere and charm with both restaurants and shopping opportunities. The villa is kept in a bright modern style with a mix of Danish and French design.
The villa is on 2 floors and consists of: Ground Floor: Large Living / dining room, kitchen, 1 library with 1 sofa bed, 1 toilet.
Stairs up to a higher level with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 Bathroom with shower and toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1 room with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, (at the pool level) there is an independent apartment with its own entrance: 1 living room with 1 kitchenette and 1 sofa bed 1 bedroom with a double bed. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Large raised garden with many plants and trees.

Lovely covered terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers. There is parking space for 2 cars.
