Charming villa located at the Var plain, in the hinterland of Nice
Castagniers is a small high situated village just east of the Var plain in the hinterland of Nice.
The area offers countless activities such as golf, tennis, rafting, fishing, paragliding, surfing, horse riding, thalassotherapy and much more.
Here are good opportunities for walks and hikes in the beautiful hilly hinterland.
For example, climb the top of the mountain "Mont Cima" (878 m.), offering impressive panoramic views.
Only 18 km from the airport and 25 km from the town-center of Nice with the beautiful Promenade des Anglais and the charming old town, Vieux Nice. Nice villa with pool, solarium and covered terraces.

The villa is south-west faced and situated on a large ground.
The owner lives in a small studio apartment at the back of the house, completely independent of the rest of the house and without any vis-à-vis. Villa in 3 levels for 11 people with the following arrangement: Ground floor: living room with air conditioning, dining room, kitchen with dining table and exit to the large covered terrace with barbecue and pizza oven. 1 bathroom with shower. 1 separate toilet.
Nice pool area, which are both secured with alarm and gates at both entrances. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom (160 cm) with private shower room, 1 double bedroom (140 cm) and one bedroom with a double loft bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) below veins (here you can install an additional guest bed). 1 bathroom with tub. 1 separate toilet.
All bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning. Lower floor: 1 double bedroom (140 cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 separate toilet.
Utility room with washer and dryer.
The two bedrooms on the lower level are cooler and are only equipped with fans. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
