Lovely holiday apartment located with fantastic views over the sea and the harbor in Golfe Juan / Vallauris, from where there are daily departures to île Sainte.Marguirite, St. Tropez, Cannes and Monaco.
Right in front of the building there is a beautiful, public sandy beach and restaurants as well as shopping opportunities can be found within a few hundred meters.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an apartment complex with elevator.

The apartment has a large, south-facing terrace with both sun loungers and a dining area.

The apartment consists of a living / dining room with sofa bed with direct access to the terrace, an open kitchen, 1 double bedroom and closet space and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

There is no private parking space for the apartment, but you can park in the large public parking at the harbor, only a few min. walk from the apartment.

The coastal railway runs right behind the property, so you can easily hop on the train and explore the popular coastal towns along the French Riviera.

For the same reason, a car is not necessary at this apartment.
It costs 12 € per. 24 hours to park in the large parking lot next to the harbor. parking on a weekly basis can be purchased for about 50 €
